1. Acceptance

Using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms, the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Service

HotEnd is an independent informational site offering: interactive 3D printer comparator, technical spec sheets, X-vs-Y comparisons with data-driven verdicts, editorial buying guides, and (upcoming) user reviews. HotEnd does NOT sell products directly.

3. Acceptable use

Users agree to use the Site lawfully, not perform mass automated scraping (search engine and LLM crawlers are allowed per /robots.txt and /llms.txt), not attempt to access restricted areas, not introduce malicious code.

4. User reviews (when active)

4.1 Truthfulness

Reviews must be based on real experience with the product. No fake reviews, paid endorsements, or unfounded reviews allowed.

4.2 Prohibited content

NOT allowed: defamatory or false content about brands, insults or hate speech, third-party personal data, promotional URLs, spam, copyright infringement, AI-generated content without real experience.

4.3 Prior moderation

ALL reviews remain "pending" until manual editorial review. The owner reserves the right to approve, reject or edit any review without justification. Typical review time: 24-72h.

4.4 License grant

By publishing a review, you grant HotEnd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to reproduce, distribute and display the content with attribution to your display name. You retain ownership and can request removal at any time.

4.5 User responsibility

You are solely responsible for your review content. Defamatory or rights-infringing content may result in legal liability.

5. Intellectual property

Site content (excluding user reviews) belongs to the HotEnd owner or licensors. Brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and comparative purposes.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. The owner does not guarantee absolute accuracy of specifications or uninterrupted availability. Users assume responsibility for verifying information before purchase decisions.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to manufacturer websites and external services. The owner does not control or take responsibility for those sites' content or policies.

8. Modifications

The owner can modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced prominently.

9. Suspension and termination

The owner may suspend or terminate access for users violating these Terms, without prior notice and without right to compensation.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes resolved before the courts of the owner's residence, unless mandatory consumer law applies.
